Keskuspuiston Grand.
A building with 35 homes and one commercial space has been completed on the edge of Helsinki’s Central Park. We developed and built it together with Toivo Group Oyj.
More than a third of the homes were reserved before marketing began, and most were sold during construction.
The garage is heated and every space has a charger. The lift runs from there straight to your front door. On the roof there is a sauna and a terrace for everyone in the building.

The retail property on Makasiinitie is growing, and Jula is moving into the extension. The client is Apteekkien Eläkekassa, and Nordevo is the main contractor.

Oulunkylä sports park.
When the sports park’s stand was destroyed in a fire, we built a temporary one in its place so that the matches could go on.
Now we are developing something new for the same park: a football and multi-purpose stadium, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, and homes. A development-phase agreement has been signed with OUP Stadion Oy. Our partner is IF Gnistan.
The change to the detailed plan is under way. As the project moves forward, we will report on it on this page.
