Nordevo is a property developer and builder in Helsinki, owned by its key people. We build homes and commercial premises, in both wood and concrete. We join a project in the role it needs: as developer, as construction manager or as contractor, alone or alongside a partner.

O1 · Investors and developers
I need a development partner.
We work as developer-contractor and as co-developer, from homes to commercial premises. We deliver projects under many models, among them general contracting, design and build, management contracting and construction management.
The latest proof is Keskuspuiston Grand in Ruskeasuo, which we developed together with Toivo Group. It has 35 homes.
O2 · Municipalities and cities
We are developing our city.
A football and multi-purpose stadium, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, and homes are planned for Oulunkylä sports park. A development-phase agreement has been signed with OUP Stadion Oy. Our partner is IF Gnistan. The change to the detailed plan is under way.
Planning and area development are our core expertise. We bring users, landowners and investors into the same project, alone or alongside the municipality.
When climate targets steer the plan, wood is our strongest tool. A timber frame stores carbon for the whole life of the building.
O3 · Companies needing premises
We need premises.
We build logistics and production facilities, sports venues, offices and shopping centres. Where needed, we acquire the plot, design, build and arrange the financing: turnkey means the whole chain.
The space is made to fit the user, not the other way round.
O4 · Landowners
I have a plot.
We buy plots for homes and commercial premises. We also develop in partnership, where the landowner shares in the rise in value. Let’s find the model that suits you. A tip commits you to nothing.
We look at the site. Location, planning status and building rights.
