Teemu has a strong background in managing diverse and complex construction projects, where customer satisfaction has always been at the center. During his more than ten years of experience, he has gained extensive expertise in both project management and business development. In addition to projects, he has led the business unit's support organization, which covers key functions such as calculation, procurement and design management. Teemu manages the entire process from the design board to implementation and ensures that projects progress smoothly, efficiently and with customer needs in mind.
